What we collect
- Contact details you give us on the intake form or by email: name, email address, and anything you write.
- Strategy materials: descriptions, code and data you send for an audit.
- Payment records: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and billing details, never your full card number.
- Basic site analytics, if enabled: aggregate, cookie-free page counts from our hosting provider.
How we use it
Only to deliver and bill for the service you asked for, to reply to you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your strategy for our own trading or research.
Who processes it
Our form service (for intake submissions), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our website host. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Strategy code and data: deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them, or while a sealed trial is running. Reports and correspondence: kept for up to three years so we can answer follow-up questions. Billing records: as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, which we honor.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. A single local setting remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser.
